4. Hosting and provision of the website
This website is delivered through Cloudflare. When the website is accessed, technical information is collected automatically and stored for a limited period in so-called server log files, including:
- IP address (where applicable, shortened/anonymised)
- Date and time of the request
- Page / file accessed
- Referrer URL
- Browser and operating system used
These data are used to ensure the smooth operation of the website and to evaluate system security and stability (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
5. Analytics tools
We use the analytics service Umami for anonymised/pseudonymised analysis of user behaviour on our website (for example, pages accessed, time spent, and visitor origin). No cookies are set and no unique allocation to an identifiable person is made. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in designing our website in line with needs (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use no other analytics, advertising or remarketing services (in particular, no Google Analytics, no Google/Meta advertising pixels, and no LinkedIn Insight Tag).
6. Contacting us
6.1 Contact form / email / telephone
If you contact us by email, telephone or via a contact form, your information (including your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry) is stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
Your data are deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, i.e. as soon as your enquiry has been conclusively processed, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.
6.2 WhatsApp
Our website offers the possibility of contacting us via WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. When you click a WhatsApp link, a connection to WhatsApp is established; the processing of your data within the WhatsApp app is subject to the privacy policy of WhatsApp/Meta. 6.3 Forms (Tally)
For certain enquiries (for example, application/assessment forms), we use the form service Tally (Tally, available at tally.so). The data you enter in the form (name, contact details, professional qualifications, work experience and language skills) are processed through Tally’s infrastructure and transmitted to us. These forms do not ask for health data or other special categories of personal data under Article 9 GDPR.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or contract initiation).
7. Processing of applicant/candidate data
In the context of our placement activities, we process personal data of applicants and candidates who apply via our website or directly to us or submit a profile, including:
- Contact details (name, email, telephone)
- Professional qualifications and evidence of vocational training and studies
- Work experience
- Language skills
The purpose of processing is placement with interested employers and support in the recognition and integration process. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract).
Disclosure to employers: Candidate data are disclosed to interested employers only with your prior knowledge and within the scope of the placement process.
Your data are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the purpose of placement, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.
8. Processing employer/company data (B2B)
When companies contact us through our employer pages (for example, under “Unternehmen”), we process the contact and needs data provided solely to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a collaboration (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Within the scope of applicable legal provisions, we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your data and to protect them against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Data are transmitted through this website in encrypted form via HTTPS.
