Unlike private recruitment agencies, this program is designed for long-term integration, not seasonal labor. You pay nothing. German employers cover all placement and language training costs. Once you arrive, you work toward professional recognition (Anerkennung) and a clear path to permanent residency and citizenship.
The complete process, from initial application to professional recognition, typically takes between 12 and 14 months.
